What do you do with my data?
We're GDPR and CCPA/CPRA compliant. We don't use your data for anything other than showing you what you'd look like with different hairstyles or colours. We don't use them to train any AI, and we absolutely do not sell your data to anyone.
Honestly, we don't even want your data, which is why:
- You can use all features anonymously (no singup required)
- We automatically delete your entire account after 30 days of inactivity
- You can permanently delete your entire account instantly* from your profile page at any time
* If you've made a purchase in the last 90 days, your account will be scheduled for deletion 90 days after your last purchase. This is for fraud prevention.
How many images do I need?
Just one! Unlike other apps, we don't require you to take multiple photos in different poses and lighting and distances (who has that anyway?). Our system is designed to work with just one high quality selfie.
How do I get the best results?
For generating hairstyles, We've found that the best results come from a high quality selfie with good lighting and a plain background, with the hair tied back away from the face.

How long does it take?
It's usually 5-10 seconds per image. However, times can vary depending on the number of users online at the time. If you're seeing it take longer than that, refresh the page and try again. If you're still seeing it take longer than a minute or two, please get in touch here and we'll check what's happening.
What if I don't like the results? Can I get a refund?
If you're in any way unsatisfied with your results, just get in touch. We'll look into what might have gone wrong and either re-run them with tweaks or issue a refund.
